Thieves Oil Uses

Here is what I’m doing with Thieves Essential Oil.  First I made my own concentrate by mixing together individual bottles (.5 oz or .33 oz) of Cinnamon, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lemon, and Rosemary into a 4 oz. cobalt blue glass bottle.

For a spray bottle, I take 50 drops of concentrate and mix with 4 oz of water into a 4 oz glass bottle.  This mixture can then be spritz in the air or on objects that you want to freshen up.

For using on my body, I take 5 drops of the concentrate and mix that into a ½ oz glass bottle with 1 teaspoon of Almond, Grapeseed or Jojoba oil.  This mixture can then be rubbed on the bottom of the feet, on the chest and/ or under the arms where the body can readily take up the potent natural properties.

Caution:  before going swine wild, please test a small amount on your skin to make sure you are not overly sensitive to this mixture.  Usually people who are fair-skin, blue eyed, red-head or sunburn easily will not be able to tolerate the cinnamon and clove burn.
